The first and second CMPs were filled up with contaminated mud and capping with uncontaminated mud is ongoing. The disposal of contaminated mud at the third CMP is in progress. Contract: Contract No. CV/2020/06 Scope: Management of the sediment disposal facility to the East of Sha Chau on a 24-hour basis for receiving contaminated and uncontaminated mud. Commencement Date: 28 December 2020 Completion Date: December 2025 Contract Sum: $75.9 million Contractor: Tonic Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd.
