Major Projects - Development of the Loop – Main Works Package 1 Development of the Loop – Main Works Package 1 Project Number: 7760CL Brief Description of Project Scope: Main Works Package 1 mainly cover - a.     site clearance and formation for about 70 hectares of land within the Loop; b.     engineering infrastructure works supporting Phase 1 development of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, including Western Connection Road and Direct Road Link for connection with the Loop, local roads, sewerage (including sewage treatment works), drainage, water supply and landscaping works; and c.     environmental mitigation measures and the environmental monitoring and audit programme for the works mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (b) above.
