Brief Description of Project Scope:
The scope of works comprises:
site formation works of about 2 hectares at Tin Wah Road, Lau Fau Shan;
realigning and widening of an existing un-named road (commonly known as New Sha Kong Wai Road) to single two-lane carriageway;
widening of a section of Tin Wah Road to dual two-lane carriageway;
construction of noise barriers on this section of Tin Wah Road; and
other infrastructure works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping.
