Major Projects - Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Ngau Chi Wan Village, Wong Tai Sin Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Ngau Chi Wan Village, Wong Tai Sin Project Number: 7870CL Brief Description of Project Scope: The public housing development at Ngau Chi Wan Village will provide about 2,700 public housing units. The Civil Engineering and Development Department will carry out site formation and infrastructure works for the development. The works mainly comprise: (a) site formation, and associated ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks and land decontamination works; and (b) road improvement works at Hammer Hill Road roundabout and Lung Cheung Road near Lung Chi Path. This project will involve land resumption and clearance. Regarding the proposed land resumption and clearance limit, please refer to the plans below.
