Major Projects - Infrastructure Works for West Kowloon Cultural District, phase 1 - Fourth Construction Package (Southern Landing Facility and Public Infrastructure Works for Zone 2) Infrastructure Works for West Kowloon Cultural District, phase 1 - Fourth Construction Package (Southern Landing Facility and Public Infrastructure Works for Zone 2) Project Number: 7863CL Brief Description of Project Scope: The construction works comprises – (a) construction of the Southern Landing Facility for use by vessels; (b) construction of drainage, sewerage and water supply systems for supporting the developments in Zone 2 of WKCD; (c) implementation of associated landscaping works, road works, seawall modification works and other ancillary works; and (d) implementation of necessary environmental mitigation measures, as well as related environmental and construction monitoring and audit for the works mentioned above.
