The scope of the project mainly comprises:
(a) Site formation works including site clearance and land decontamination works (if required);
(b) Geotechnical works including slope works, natural terrain hazard mitigation measures and construction of retaining structures;
(c) Demolition Works including unnamed industrial building (Handling of asbestos containing materials may be required);
(d) Roadworks;
(e) Waterworks;
(f) Drainage and Sewerage Works;
(g) Associated Tree Felling, transplanting and Preservation Works; and
(h) Ancillary Works including waterworks, landscape works and environmental mitigation measures.
