Major Projects - Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Developments at San Hing Road and Hong Po Road, Tuen Mun Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Developments at San Hing Road and Hong Po Road, Tuen Mun Project Number: B764CL and B861CL Brief Description of Project Scope: The scope of the project comprises: (i) site formation works including site clearance and land decontamination works, if required; (ii) geotechnical works including slope works, retaining structures and natural terrain hazard mitigation measures, if required; (iii) roadworks including realigned Hong Po Road, Road L7, extension of the footbridge near Ng Lau Road and two public transport interchanges etc.; (iv) sewerage works including a sewage pumping station; (v) drainage works; (vi) waterworks; (vii) associated tree felling, transplanting and preservation works; and (viii) ancillary works including environmental mitigation measures, landscaping works and archaeological works including archaeological field survey and mitigation measures, if required etc. Project Office in Civil Engineering and Development Department: Housing Projects Division, Civil Engineering Office Consultant: AtkinsRealis Asia Limited Current Progress: Investigation and design works commenced in December 2021.
