Brief Description of Project Scope:
The scope of the project mainly comprises:-
a. site formation works including land decontamination and construction of associated retaining structures and slopes;
b. construction of carriageway, cycling track and footpath;
c. construction of a footbridge, with an associated lift, connecting the existing footbridge across Tin Tsz Road with the proposed housing development site;
d. road widening works at a section of slip road at Tong Yan San Tsuen Interchange;
e. sewerage works including a sewage pumping station; and
f. associated ancillary works, including road/junction improvement, drainage, water supply and landscaping works.
