Brief Description of Project Scope:
The scope of the project mainly comprises:
(a) construction of a subway to connect the open place situated between Yue Man Centre and Yue Man Mansion and the proposed New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6613;
(b) construction of the associated covered escalator, covered staircase and lifts; and
(c) carrying out ancillary works including drainage, water, utility, lighting and landscaping works.
