Tenders invited for Phase 2 Stage 2 improvement works at Tai O Go to main content Brand HK | Font Size: | Sitemap Tenders invited for Phase 2 Stage 2 improvement works at Tai O Tenders invited for Phase 2 Stage 2 improvement works at Tai O ************************************************************** The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (June 30) gazetted a notice to invite tenders for the contract for Improvement Works at Tai O - Phase 2, Stage 2 (Contract No. IS/2022/01). The closing time for the tender is noon on August 12. The works mainly include: construction of a footbridge at Yim Tin with a clear width of about 3 metres and a total length of about 140m; construction of a footbridge at Po Chue Tam with a clear width of about 3m and a total length of about 120m; construction of an amphitheatre-cum-open space and a public car park at Yim Tin; upgrading works of the open area in front of Yeung Hau Temple; and implementation of environmental mitigation measures for the works mentioned above. The works are scheduled to commence at the end of this year and will take about 32 months to complete. The CEDD has commissioned Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 10/F, Genesis, 33-35 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong.
