Exhibition of submissions for Design Competition for Tai O Twin Bridges to be held

The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) will hold an exhibition of submissions for the Design Competition for Tai O Twin Bridges from February 22 to March 12.
The competition invited innovative design concepts from professionals and the general public for two footbridges at Po Chue Tam and Yim Tin in Tai O. The design concepts will serve as reference for the projects in the future. The competition has been well received with a total of 127 entries from different sectors.
Admission to the exhibition is free. Details are as follows:
Date: February 22 to March 3
Venue: Tai O Community Centre, Shek Tsai Po Street, Tai O
Opening hours: 10am to 6pm
Date: March 5 to 12
Venue: Multi-purpose Hall, Zero Carbon Building, 8 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay
Opening hours: 10am to 6pm
The competition is organised by the CEDD with support from the Development Bureau, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design.
