"Speeches": "MR YIU PAK-LEUNG (in Cantonese): Thank you, President. President, the first phase of the opening of Sha Tau Kok began in June 2022. At that time, the pier was opened in the hope that the enhancement in sea transport would have a radiating effect on other small islands such as Kat O and Ap Chau to bring greater convenience. The subject of Mr Dominic LEE’s question today concerns cross-boundary eco-tourism, and I would like to stress the word “cross-boundary”. It has always been the hope of the industry that tourists can be brought to Chung Ying Street to experience cross-boundary tourism and the very special Chung Ying Street on a “group in, group out” basis. However, during the entire three-year period from June 2022 to June 2025 in which Chung Ying Street was opened, SB has provided a lot of ancillary facilities from the start of the first phase till today, including replacing and upgrading the check point to allow for the use of “e-Corridor”",
