Brief Description of Project Scope:
construction of about 2.6 km of new roads, realignment of Concorde Road, extension and widening of Kai Wah Street, temporary and permanent closure of existing roads within the north apron, and associated drainage, sewerage and water mains;
construction of two footbridges (FB1 and FB4) of total length of about 260 m and improvement works to 3 existing subways (SW1, SW3 and SW5) across Prince Edward Road East;
construction of 2 drainage box culverts of total length of about 600m;
associated landscaping works; and
provision of necessary environmental mitigation measures and implementation of an environmental monitoring and audit programme associated with the above works.
