Brief Description of Project Scope:
construction of seawall;
construction of apron area, including piled structures, mooring and fender systems, and interfacing provisions for installation of apron facilities by others;
construction of the associated piled transition structures;
dredging of adjoining sea-bed; and
provision of necessary environmental mitigation measures and implementation of an environmental monitoring and audit programme associated with the above works.
